Graycliff Hotel & Restaurant
Graycliff Restaurant, the first certified five-star dining establishment in The Bahamas, is a renowned fine-dining venue nestled away from Nassau's hustle and bustle. With personalized service and touches of Bahamian luxury at every corner, it exudes an irresistible sense of exclusivity.
The restaurant features five distinct dining rooms, each reflecting the vibrant history of the building. Guests can also enjoy a gazebo with views of the gardens, as well as private dining options in the wine cellar or at the chef’s table within the kitchen.
The menu highlights both Bahamian and international dishes, offering a range of selections from conch chowder and foie gras with black truffles to a sumptuous chateaubriand for two. Also not-to-be-missed is the restaurant's afternoon tea, a British tradition with a Bahamian twist. Served daily from 12-3pm.
Wine enthusiasts will be particularly impressed by Graycliff’s extensive wine cellar, which boasts over 250,000 bottles sourced from around the globe, including some that date back to the 18th century. The on-site Graycliff Cognateque elevates the appreciation and collection of cognac, and no brandy experience is complete without a premium hand-rolled cigar. A unique feature of the restaurant is the single Torcedore (cigar roller) who works in the foyer. For over twenty years, the Graycliff Cigar Company, the venue's own cigar factory, has flourished into an award-winning enterprise, employing more than a dozen master rollers.
Graycliff Restaurant stands out as a true ambassador of iconic Bahamian tradition.
